Detailed Description+

Assesses the Big Five dimensions of personality: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional control, Openness and the additional dimension of Empathy.
These relatively stable personality characteristics (known as traits) determine the individual’s everyday behavior. They can be used to predict future behavioral tendencies. The modular structure of the test enables the individual dimensions and their facets to be assessed separately. In addition, the analog answer format provides the greatest possible freedom of decision-making in arriving at the self-assessment. The questionnaire is used in personnel psychology.
