Detailed Description+

Measures vocational and professional interests for ages 12+.
The test is based on the theories from Holland (1985) and indicates the scope of interest in the realistic (R), investigative (I), artistic (A), social (S), enterprising (E), and conventional (C) area.
Career suggestions and interpretation assistance are provided using the interest type determined based on these interests. The AIST-3 is therefore suitable as an attitude and interest test, in particular regarding vocational and career guidance.
