    Assesses work- and leadership-related attitudes and personality characteristics.
    The test is used in selecting and counseling managers. The test assesses abilities related to the three superordinate groups of Cooperation (affiliation motive), task selection and processing (achievement motive) and leadership motivation and concepts (power motive). The test is used in staff & management assessments.

    Respondents indicate the extent to which particular statements apply to them, using a four-point answer scale. The previous answer can be corrected.
