Assesses verbal memory.
The ability to memorize processes or sequences in at least the short term and to reproduce them correctly is a very good predictor of success in various fields of work, especially in connection with manufacturing & safety assessments. This adaptive test assesses verbal memory on the basis of orientation ability through the learning of point sequences. It is therefore used successfully in personnel recruitment and development.

Task+

Between three and nine bus stops with street names appear one after the other on a street map. In the subsequent test phase the respondent is asked to reproduce the bus stops in the right order.
