Measures stress-related work behavior. The test identifies risks to health at an early stage. It is used in the design and planning of person-related and condition-related preventive measures (especially with regard to burnout). The test is used mainly in staff & management assessments, work and organizational design, occupational rehabilitation and counseling in the fields of health psychology and clinical psychology.
