Assesses subjectively experienced mental ability. In mental disorders there may be considerable discrepancy between a patient’s subjectively experienced neuropsychological impairments and his objective test results. This test provides a subjective assessment of the respondent’s performance in the areas of memory, attention and executive functions. FLEI is therefore used in clinical neuropsychology.
