We always process your data confidentially and exclusively based on the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003, Austrian Data Protection Amendment Act 2018). Please keep in mind that security breaches must generally be expected when transferring data on the Internet. For this reason, absolute protection by SCHUHFRIED against access from third parties can only be realized within the company. This information on data privacy will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the framework of our website.
Contact with us
When you contact us via a form on the website, by way of a live chat, by phone, or by e-mail, we store the data you provided for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for any possible follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data retention
We would like to point out that the IP details of the connection subscriber as well as the name, address and e-mail address are stored by way of cookies for the purpose of a simplified purchasing process as well as for a later contract execution with SCHUHFRIED.
The information you provided is required to fulfill the contract. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this information. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of transferring information when you pay by credit card. No credit card or bank data are stored in the Marketplace. Data is only passed on in the framework of fiscal obligations, such as to tax advisors.
In the event that a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiration of the fiscal retention period. The information (name, address, contact, goods purchased and purchase data) will furthermore be stored until the expiration of the product warranty (10 years). The data are processed based on the statutory provisions of Art. 96 Par. 3 Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Art. 6 Para. 1 b (required for performing the contract) of the GDPR.

Newsletter
You can subscribe to a newsletter by way of our website. To do so, we require your e-mail address and a declaration that you consent to receiving the newsletter.
In order to inform you in a targeted manner, we collect and process information on your areas of interest relating to SCHUHFRIED products (VTS, CogniPlus, and Biofeedback) in addition to the personal information (name, title, country, and e-mail).
Once you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm that you signed up.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter or send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@schuhfried.com. We will immediately delete your data from the distribution lists.

We maintain online presences on social networks and platforms to communicate with the customers, interested parties, and users active there and to inform them about our services there. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the general terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of the respective operators apply.
Unless specified otherwise in the data privacy statement, the users' data are only used when communicating by way of posts or messages. No data is stored.
