Detailed Description+

Measures visual orientation ability.
Visual orientation ability is a fundamental component of spatial-perceptual functions which can be impaired for different neurological and/or psychiatric disorders, such as craniocerebral trauma, stroke, various forms of dementia, Parkinson's disease as well as schizophrenia, affective disorders and anxiety disorders.
The LAT is used when visual orientation ability is relevant for traffic psychology or traffic medicine investigations – particularly for neurological and psychiatric patients.

Task+

Two arrows connected at the ends are shown and 20 numbered lines arranged in a circle are shown next to the arrows. The respondent must state which numbers the two arrows would point to if they were in the middle of the circle.
