Assesses reading comprehension. Reading comprehension is defined as understanding the content of what is read. The key components of this work-related skill are word comprehension, vocabulary, sentence comprehension, text comprehension and memory. The test is used in personnel psychology in the context of staff & management assessments and job & career placement.

The respondent reads a text in the style of a short story and then answers questions on it. The questions use a multiple-choice format. The previous answer can be corrected.
