SFS Test Solutions
SFS Test Solutions give you the answers you need. Comprehensive assessments for the most frequently tested questions , test recommendations for over 600 common occupations, and a wide range of dimensions that can be flexibly combined — all available with one license.
You can find the required license and further information on the SCHUHFRIED Selection (SFS) and SCHUHFRIED Selection Psi for the self-employed.
How to find your answers
- In the overview below, you will find a selection of SFS assessments for the most popular questions and some of the most important SFS dimensions. You can easily add other SFS dimensions to the test batteries.
- Simply enter a job title or search term in the search bar to find test suggestions for occupations or psychological dimensions.
- Select the appropriate SFS Test Solution and learn more about the composition of the test battery.
- To administer the test battery, open your VTS online or VTS offline (version 8.29.00 and later). In the default setting, you will see the SFS Test Solutions directly on your dashboard. However, you can also access them under Tools → Test Assistant. Tip: Mark the test batteries as favorites to access them quickly.
- Open and start the selected test battery in the VTS. Administering it requires only one SCHUHFRIED Selection (SFS) or SCHUHFRIED Selection Psi license.
- After completing the test, you will receive the results in a clear and automatically generated scoring.
